He and the team were very helpful in getting through the loan process even though there were some significant title issues that came up. Communication during the process was very helpful.
Dell knows the business of real estate and mortgage lending so well and can explain it so easily. As a result he put us at ease and was accurate from the very first closing estimate worksheet.
The whole team was fantastic. When issues developed, Someone reached out immediately to get it corrected. I have had multiple refinances fall apart in my life and throughout this entire process, the team was tracking everything very closely....
