I did not know much about refinancing when I started the process. Deep took time to explain this and make me feel comfortable. The team had great communication throughout the process. Made it very easy for me.
Deep went above and beyond and was available to answer questions at all hours. He was great at guiding me through the process as a first time homebuyer!

Deep was amazing to work with and provided excellent advice and support throughout our home buying process. He pushed hard to get us to stay on schedule for closing. It was very easy to reach him and always answered my questions.
The communication of the secure files shouldnt be from email and also there should be some security. The least thing to do is to add password security to the files.
I think the closing could have been a bit more smoother and also received the documents in advance for me to review. I still have not received executed copies of the documents after closing. It has been 3 weeks and I think given how fast closing...
