The best loan officer with fast responses.
Continuous communication and prompt answers, even while she was on vacation. I appreciated her transparency and willingness to listen to my concerns and addressing any issues I had.

She assists and assures my clients all the way to closing.
I would definitely be using Dee Dee Norman again. She is amazing. She communicates constantly with her clients to inform them of where their loan is at, the next steps and works to anticipate any issues before they become issues.
Dee Dee was just spot on. She was very informative and transparent. She always returned my calls or my clients calls. She went above and beyond to help a first time home buyer understand terms and terminology and the lending process in general....
