Communication is key, speed cures all chaos in lending in my opinion, being thorough and not conditioning for things that are not needed per AUS.

The loan was CTC and it took over 24 hours for the closer to communicate with the title company. The seller was signing the following morning at 8am and was very upset that he could not review the CD until 5:30pm the day before the closing....
