The underwriter was sloppy and there seems to be a disconnect between items uploaded and items reviewed. The LE and CD Department made a lot of errors. Requesting COC's required multiple attempts to get the request completed correctly. I had...

overall experience on this file was good. The service was fast. I didn't like the fact that the wire was sent after the Loan was signed. Who does that? The money should be there in the morning of the closing.
