poor internal communication, asking for docs id sent two and theee times, ridiculous underwriter requirements (like getting a zero balance letter for a card that had 3.16 on it).

There was a lot of lack of attention to detail toward the end of closing, as if people were not on the same page, documents inaccurate and so forth.
