All of my questions were answered throughly. I was given several options and explanations of each course. I was walked through the process with patience and thoughtfulness.

Deanna was very helpful! The only bad thing was that after I was told clear to close the underwriter came back with I had to have a Structural Engineer inspection on a conventional loan.
