    We started with one agent he left without communicating going to a different branch, we got another agent he left not sure why and then they left the the final agent to pick up the pieces and she did an amazing job

    Felt forgotten till the last minutes. Better communication not just last minute rush to get this and that. True explanation of services. Also keep your word and make sure incentives are present and not “forgotten” or “oops it just dropped off.”...
