    Communication felt sparse the entire process, which took over 2 months. It was sporadic and unpredictable....I had to ask for updates and was not pushed them.

    Once under writing and processing were involved, many emails were lost, and there were major delays. Loved my loan officer. Jackie guided me down the right road for the home buying process. Jackie was amazing!
