Communication was a HUGE issue. I didn't once speak to anyone on the team. they only spoke to my daughter. communication between DeAndre, Derek and pulte. No one was ever on the same page.
Did not love getting last minute updates and finding out he sent something at 12:06am that we were suppose to sign the day of closing
Communication is key with me & the team kept me informed. Although the buyer in this transaction was not my client I would feel confident recommending them to my clients. Great team work!
