Dean made the entire process smooth, documents were easy to submit and sign, communication was excellent, and he was always willing to answer my questions and explain things to me.
Dean was great to work with. Helped us out and was always available for any questions we had.
The timeliness in which they get things done is amazing!! They made the borrowing part of buying a house the least stressful part in my opinion!
The problem was not with Dean, simply the repetitive amount of paperwork we were asked to submit.
