I really liked the document portal interface. It was an easy way to share and keep track of where we were at in the documentation portion of the refi.
We never felt like we had to chase after you for communication or information, they way we did at the firm we just left.
Dean and his crew are the best, they go above and beyond what is required to get a loan. We gave used them a couple of times now and will continue to do so.
