Denise was VERY responsive. She was so kind and pleasant and always took the time to explain everything to me. She went above and beyond in customer care to the point where she would help me in areas that weren't even her responsibility!

The overall experience being just ok had nothing to do with Denise she was wonderful throughout. There were just many obstacles that needed to be overcome during this process and I think we all got a little frustrated
