i ended up with a loan type I didn't want from the beginning . I was told to sign things to "keep the process moving forward" that would be rectified on the final closing only to have those same documents thrown in my face at closing saying...

Patrick and Dawn were easy to work with for the most part . We did experience some suprises and we did not know our closing cost until roght down to the wire but overall we would do it again and suggest their services to others
