There were a couple items had to submit more than once, over all I think things went pretty well.
Dawn was prompt in responding and keeping my husband and I well informed throughout the process.
Dawn and her team were very accessible and helped us with any questions we had.
Dawn and her team did a great job communiating with me throughout the process. There were no suprises and everything went as explained.
