Great job
Dawn was easy to work with, knowledgeable of the process and always prompt and available for communication.
Everything went very smooth with Dawn, it was when the loan was turn over to the underwriters things went south. I have done many purchases of homes and this was the first time that I felt so frustrated with underwriters.
