Good advice, excellent communication. We did get a little confused with emails coming from several different people, but it all became clear as we moved forward.
I would request your staff know what kind of documents can be provided instead of simply asking what underwriter asks your staff. More training is needed so they know what to ask and how to respond to underwriter.
