Great job Dawn!
I had to chase after her to get information on rates. I never received a proactive phone call from Dawn on anything unless she needed me to sign and return a document on the spot.
Service and customer care
Dawn was always available to answer questions and offer assistance during my home purchase process.
While I did not work with Dawn directly- she was able to give my buyer a discount on her mortgage with her new construction by using her, and we did not have any issues.
