Dawn was amazing loan originator. She made the process feel easy and explained every step. Dawn was friendly and responsive to all my concerns and questions. I am very happy that I worked with Dawn.
The rating is not necessarily a reflection of Dawn. It was more of the process as a whole. Very complex, lots of issues and moving pieces. I have had several home loans before, and this one by far was the most confusing.
