My last 2 real estate transactions (prior to this one) were wrought with delays and stress. This whole experience was smooth and we closed on time (without any unpleasant surprises)

Dawn James was wonderful, however I think there was some lack of communication with other team members.
Fairly easy process only hang up was the case verification asking for documents that were not needed when a DD-214 is needed instead and this should be known by the loan processors.
Simplicity of the whole process
The process went smoot. I got answer to all my questions.
Dawn was always thorough and communicative. She was available to answer any and all questions I had about the loan process and what to expect. A great woman to work with!
