Transparency with cost. Communication with team. Financial paperwork gets confusing so have to watch closely to ensure there’s no errors. Overall pretty good experience.

It's hard to know what you don't know and as a first time home buyer there was a lot I didn't know. I think increased communication, including an in depth explanation of the loan process, would've been helpful in navigating this experience.
