Got everything I needed taken care of with a minimum of hassle. It's my first experience buying a home so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to but I have no complaints.

Dawn and her staff were very easy to work with and made our experience a nice one. Dawn gave us the heads up on the high cost the closing fees would be and the insurance It helped lessen the blow when the loan was complete.

Our transaction had to be done electronically due to distance. All paperwork was submitted timely and able to be handled via email. I would definitely do it again.
