Clearer communication on the process of things and when things would happen, specifically we weren’t ever told how and when we would receive our funds for our refinance until we asked several times the day of closing.
Great to work with very responsive.
The sellers needed to have a closing within 30 days. I was not sure that the bank could make that happen. Two weeks before closing, the bank said we did not qualify for a loan. At this point we contacted Dawn and she took on our situation....
