Dawn's team was great. From the initial discussion to the final closing, they were thorough with all of the paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised that the final mortgage payment was lower than we originally thought.

The following statements does not apply to Ms. Gwin. Listen to your customers, be more proactive (many periods of passive behavior), and rework your fee structure (way to many processing fee). I will not recommend Fairway Mortgage to anyone....
