From star to finish our loan was ready for closing in less than 4 weeks. We needed to close fast and Dawn and the Fairway team can through. Highly recommended.

Answered all our questions in a fast timely manner
Staff was very quick in responding to any emails with concerns/questions. It was a new process for me, however, they made it easy to follow and understand. Some minor communication issues between staff but it was resolved.
Overall, they made the process really simple. We only had to jump in and ask a few questions here or there. My one bit of feedback (especially as this is the second time we've used Dawn's team) is that the team seems to have grown quite a bit,...
