Everything went smoothly and everyone was helpful.
Dave is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and keeps his client's best interests at heart.
Had to repeat many of the same paperwork, felt that I was having to expose more of my life than necessary to purchase a home. Felt interrogated. Speaking to a person was very helpful. Relying on emails and text is not business friendly.
Fast and simple
David is always readily available to help, even on Weekends, whether it's a question or I have a new buyer. His communication throughout the process is stellar! David is my go to.
Total communication through all steps of my refinance process. Mr. Posta and his team took care of everything and were always available to answer any questions i had.
