Not to name point but up until the point Cheryl was involved the experience was great. I feel as if she held up closing quite a bit. Other than that things were just held up a lot and the process was tiring although it did lead to the end result....

It took forever for them to make a decision and only after myself and the sellers were done and didn't want to move on with them did I get the approval for the loan.
He was there when we needed him. Answered any question we needed at all times of the day. And would explain on any thing you did not understand. Genuinely a vary nice guy. I would recommend anyone to go through him.
Everyone was friendly and the response time was very fast. I have already been referring people before we even closed! Such great people!
The Friday Update was an awesome idea!!!
