David and the entire team where great to work with. David is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful to me making the right decisions. I would use them again.

Quick and efficient! It was super easy to get all of the information that was needed where it needed to go as soon as it needed to be there. Very smooth process. I am very appreciative of the hard work of David and his team!
Dave was great to work with and was very responsive even when we ran into last minute delays. Dave worked diligently with the underwriter to minimize the closing delay as much as possible.
David and his are great to work with, they are honest, and and work hard and long to get things finished.
The closing process took much longer than planned. The title place didn't get the right info from the lenders until last minute. There were miscommunications about the CD. But very friendly and Happy to explain things.
If you are young, you should look for another loan company. I had to get mad on the phone just to receive updates with more than 20% of the info I needed.
