LACK OF COMM UNICATION. We started in October I believe and everything was lost and them when we got going again, everything had to be redone and by so many contacts that sent us inforamtion without even saying who they were and how they played...

David's follow up after the original person I was working with did not follow up. She also sent my info to the wrong email. But things got cleaned up later.
David tried everything to get us the best deal and to make sure that he was helping in our debt snowball process. He responds to all texts and emails right away.
Everything was very organized and went through quickly. If we had questions they were answered in a timely manner and very thoroughly.
Very easy to work with, made the whole process quick and painless.
