Mistakes on Churchill's part led to a lengthy delay in processing - and subsequently reprocessing - the loan, ultimately resulting in an increased mortgage rate from the initial quote.

David was hard working and super. He did well by us through tough circumstances. I can't say the same for the underwriter(s). They were subpar and created a huge hassle. Despite all of this, David saved the day.
David Walker and his colleagues were friendly, helpful and always available to answers my questions. My emails were answered quickly. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
