While it was a complicated process, it felt like it was being streamlined as much as possible. I never felt like I was being worked over the way some lenders can come accross. Everything was to the point and easy to digest. 👍 10/10

My investment property purchase was very complicated with the sale of a property in NY, a1031 exchange, and stringent closing dates, on a SC property. Dave and his team did not let me down!
