I think the underwriter asked for way too much in closing the loan. Questions such as how I would benefit by downsizing my home don’t really seem relevant to my ability to pay the mortgage.
David is always very informative and professional. He makes it easy for my clients to understand and feel like they are important.

Worked mostly with DeannaMiller with sending docs and most communications. She was always available communicated quickly and answered all my questions. She was always pleasant and I never felt like I was a pain.. Very approachable!
