The closing documents not being ready on time on the day of closing was problematic. There was no reason for that delay to have occurred.
David david very easy to work with. He responds quickly to emails and answers all questions thoroughly.
David was attentive and quick to respond. He answered all questions fully and was very personable!
Didn't close on closing date. Certain members of the team we're terrible with communication up to 10 days before emails returned
More prompt and complete replies to emails/questions. Someone taking responsibility for maintaining the closing and loan timelines.
