David responds to inquiries quickly and takes the time to give thoughtful, helpful information. He has the knowledge and skills needed to get things done. He has helped me with two loans so far, and I would recommend him highly.

I worked with Angie Rendon who is David's assistant, the communication with her was very good and she was always very diligent during the loan process.
