    I was kept informed the whole time!! I didn’t have to call and check on anything. Cathy stayed on top of my file and she made sure I knew where what was happening at all times. Dave and Cathy made the home purchase easy for me.

    Dave did not communicate he would just send over documents to sign without explaining what they are or how they are calculated. Many times wouldn't reply to email or text so had to call. Had to deal with his TERRIBLE assistant who doesn’t know...
