The communication and walk through of the home buying process made it very easy in purchasing our first home.
At the end of the day we got the job done. Dave and his team were very nice to work with. A few things were frustrating along the way but it all worked out in the end.
Some personal attention from Dave BEFORE the ball had been dropped three times. Staff needs to stay on top of external processes (i.e. not hearing from an enginever for a week and not following up). Dave and his team to not seem to know VA...

I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and then pursued a Master’s degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management while working full time as an Engineer. In 2006, I decided to make a career change and joined the mortgage industry. I have experience with all loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialize in FHA 203k renovation loans. I look forward to serving your financing needs!
