Dave has great communication skills and keeps you informed during the entire loan process. I've financed 3 homes with Dave and have always closed on time.
The fact, that Dave was really transparent with all the numbers we were going to need from day 1. He always reviewed with me the good and bad parts and help me understand the process of getting the loan to buy a home.
