Dave and his team were the reason why we were able to buy our new home. We did not use a realtor and had not bought a home before so without them this would have been extremely difficult. Cannot imagine another lender doing a better job.
I would give David and his team 10 stars if I could. Really went above and beyond to help us through an unconventional situation. Cannot recommend highly enough
