The transparency and expediency of the process as well as the willingness of the staff to provide clear jargon-free answers to our questions.
It was seamless. Communication was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite.
This is the first time I applied for a mortgage and the entire process was ridiculous and invasive. I don't know that any other lender would be different though
