The entire team was amazing. Very friendly, very fast, and very thorough. Every step in the process was communicated well. They were always available when we needed questions answered. I've already told everyone I know about them!
When there were problems with paperwork I submitted, I wasn't informed and didn't find out until I read the Friday briefing email. There was a delay in closing. I never met Amy Coates face to face and didn't have much confidence in here.
