Easy to work with! Good communication!
Things were explained to me very clearly and I felt like summit was on my side.
Process took way to long, lack of communication
As previously stated we just had a great level of personalized service with people that seemed like they genuinely cared about our happiness. Everyone was extremely courteous and made sure that we were taken care of.
They never gave up
David and his entire staff were easy to work with, friendly and made buying our home an extremely pleasant experience
The whole process was very disorganized and chaotic. Within 24 hours before closing, the amount that we were to pay changed 3 times due to various mistakes made in the paperwork details.
I really liked the Summit Funding staff from the receptionist to the whole team. They were warm but professional and made the whole process a pleasant experience.
