The only issue we had was the paperwork didn't get sent to underwriting in time and it pushed out our closing date by 4 days. That was frustrating and they didn't seem to communicate very well with the title company.

My experience with the entire summit team was horrible up until the last week of the close when I began working with Dave. He was great to work with, communicated well and was quick to respond, but up until then it was a night mare.
More communication about where we were in the process and more communication with us as the buyers rather than through the broker.
Dave's team is wonderful. Very eager to please and knowledgeable. This is the second time I bought a house with them and will continue to do so.
It was easy, no glitches and I couldn't have had an easier time!
