Better communication between departments. Being told different things by different departments during closing. Having the wrong initial used on my documents caused angst. David is great, accessible and knowledgeable.

Just seemed like an excessive amount of documentation requested. I had refinanced years ago and there was not nearly the documents required. Very time consuming, and hard when trying to work.

David took an enormous amount of time.going through all of the online documentation that was necessary to begin our process and remained in total communication with my husband and I as was needed.
