Great communication and process
speed. We were "clear to close" 2 weeks after our offer was accepted and our application was submitte.

The team had no clue what documents were sent. I had to send documents multiple times and none of them were on the same page. The day of closing was a disaster and the closing documents weren't sent to the title company. Had to reschedule next...
