Great communication and process speed. We were "clear to close" 2 weeks after our offer was accepted and our application was submitte.

David and his entire staff were knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

The team had no clue what documents were sent. I had to send documents multiple times and none of them were on the same page. The day of closing was a disaster and the closing documents weren't sent to the title company. Had to reschedule next...

David Gray was great, the AI portal was awful. I would constantly reminded to provide documents I had already provided days before, multiple time. We were also applying for a heloc and the portal would not designate which loan they were requesting....
