David refinanced for us and got us out of a sticky situation with the previous lender and bank. He got us a lower interest rate and payments, while keeping the original loan totals basically the same. He communicated and kept us informed.
David was a great lender. Got the job done well without any issues. It wasn't a standard loan which made it even more impressive. While we currently have spectacular lending partners, I would certainly refer and work with David again

Dave is on the Ball! We had a timeline to meet and goal to achieve and we made it a a couple of days to spare - His experience in the industry sets him ahead of the competion.
Transparency and ability to get things done in time.
David's quick reponsivness to all clients requests and offering solutions to issues turned a difficult transition into a great experience. David's communication throughout the transaction was superior and so much appreciated.
