David and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. They made me and my wife feel very well taken care of.
David pretty much became a friend to me. He was always there to answer any questions I had. He has a great team. Everything went smoothly. Only person that I will talk about loans with now.
Great communications and made everything easy to understand
Great communication. The title company even mentioned how great the loan team was to work with. David created a detailed model of amortization/loan term options to help me decide what terms to select.
Not argue with my realtor for one. The only consistency I got from the team was that every time I talked to them the closing costs went higher. Finally the amount of motivation was minuscule to say the least.
Seamless process on our re-fi. Have already recommended people who might be interested in purchasing.
