We have challenging circumstances around getting financing and David has made it happen for us not just once, but twice! He takes the time and makes it happen. Highly recommend David.
David was able to find me a much better rate than I was able to find myself, and clearly explained how the financial product was structured.
After our 1st conversation David gave us great advice and went from looking at manufactured homes to houses. He and his team were there every step of the way. Would highly recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a home.
David worked long hours and late in the evening to help us close quickly. He was available for us when we made an offer on our first home and was very positive, and affirming.
