We had a very complicated situation and David was able to help navigate and see the prosses through trying to make it easy as possible.
I really liked how quick David was able to get our mortgage approved.
Not bery informative or responsive when asking questions. Had a poor attitude and a lot of times nonexplanation as to what was needed when documents were sent.
Better communication between people, people looking at the portal before asking for stuff. One person. Would call and ask a question then 2 days later everybody would still not know and be asking
