Very informative and helpful with explaining everything. Very professional and courteous through the whole process.
Not from David, but other employees at ACM sent very confusing emails asking questions about where on a map address's were connected to other parcels I was connected to. Made no sense and seemed to almost prolong the process and seemed unnecessary....
