If all parties could share information that I had to repeat over and over
Willingness to help us secure our loan. Worked with our lawyer to make sure everything was in order.
Help guide me through the process. Very responsive to my requests and questions.
David was very prompt in getting back to our emails and questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful! A great experience!
Easy process and he made it simple to understand what I needed to do. I like the online platform to upload all your documents.
Dave worked closely with us to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He was also quick in responses to any questions we had along the way.
No hold when had to call and no problems understanding instructions.
Dave and his team were great helping us buy our first home with a VA Loan. We had an unpleasant experience with a previous VA Lender, but Tidewater fixed everything and it was smooth sailing.
